First, the size of reinforcement holes shall be reserved before and after construction
In particular, the holes on the section steel can be as small as possible, so that the steel can have good strength. In addition, the loss of profile steel shall be reduced to facilitate construction. In addition, when drilling the steel structure, the two symmetrical sides of the reinforcement shall be taken into account. It is particularly noted that the edge of the reinforcement with a diameter greater than 25mm may increase the diameter of the reinforcement by 1 ~ 2mm.
Second, the position of reinforcement holes must be reserved in advance
When drilling, the upper, lower, left and right positions shall be aligned accurately, otherwise it will be very difficult to pass through the reinforcement. If the information of the construction party responsible for the construction of section steel is inconsistent with that of the civil construction party in the practice of steel structure construction, the two parties need to communicate in time during the construction process.
Third, installation details of bottom steel column
If the embedded steel column at the bottom is light, we can use machinery for lifting, and manual position calibration can be done. This has many advantages.
First, the accuracy of the mounting position can be ensured; Second, because the component processing plant has completed the foundation fabrication of the steel column, the center of the profiled steel column and the center of the base plate must be coincident during fabrication, so the corresponding outer contour is parallel; Third, use the tower crane or other auxiliary installation machinery to lift the foundation embedded column, and then slowly lower the foundation embedded column. In this way, the four corners of the column base plate are aligned with the contour line, and the base plate of the column base is on the mat. Striking while the iron is hot will save time and labor, and can greatly improve the progress of the steel structure construction.
In addition, we can calibrate the position of the foundation embedded column with the help of two theodolites. Then fix the two theodolites on the vertical and horizontal axes of the column, and then move the position of the column to make the front center line of the column coincide with the viewpoint of the two theodolites, which can ensure the verticality of the column.
